Sometimes you may need to connect to the webpage running on the ICG-550 in case of troubleshooting or resolving offline problems.  This guide will walk you through the process of getting connected!


NOTE: Due to changes in browser security settings many web-browsers will not open the local webpage.  To get connected please read the following article: Web Browser Technical Issues


1. Get your computer connected to the ICG-550.  You can connect to the WiFi Access Point or plug into one of the Ethernet ports if there is a port available.  If your system has a static cellular IP you can use that address from any network connection.  In most cases you will want to open a browser and navigate to https://192.168.2.1. You should then see the below page.2. Enter the User Name of "admin" and the password that is shown on the bottom sticker on your ICG-550.


3. If you entered your credentials correctly you will be redirected to the Dashboard




4. Once you are at the dashboard you can view the system status, edit settings, or download logs.
