During troubleshooting you may be supplied custom firmware that the Support team asks you to load manually. Follow the steps below to install the firmware.  Feel free to email support@intwineconnect.com for any questions that you may have in the process.


1. Login to the Local Configuration Webapp (need help?).

2. After you login to the Web App, go to System menu and select Upgrade.

3. Click browse and select the firmware file from your computer.  Then click Upgrade.




4. You will then see the message pictured below.  Once it leaves the screen click the Reboot button that appeared and the process will be complete.
