Oftentimes when troubleshooting challenging problems, particularly when the system has no internet access, we will need you to download the log files from the system.  To do so, please follow the below steps.


  1. Connect to the local webpage on the ICG-450. (Need help?)
  2. Click on the Status link on the left hand side to get this page: 
  3. Click on Logs near the top of the page
  4. Click the Download Logs button and the Diagnostic Logs button that are at the bottom right-hand side of the page. Each of these buttons will download a file to your computer.  Please then provide both of these files to your Intwine Support representative!
